প্রথমত, চায়নাতে Major এ একটাই Intake, সেটা হল September Intake. September intake এর admission time: January to July. আরেকটা intake হল March intake যেটা Language intake. February to August Chinese Language course. এরপর Major intake September থেকে শুরু হবে। যারা মার্চে Language intake যেতে চান তাদের জানুয়ারির আগেই এডমিশনের কাজ শেষ হয়ে যায়। অনেক ইউনিভার্সিটি মার্চ থেকে আগস্ট Language ইন্টেক নিয়ে থাকে এবং সেপ্টেম্বর থেকে Major ইন্টেক হয়ে থাকে। Language intake আগের বছর নভেম্বরের শেষেই শুরু হয়ে যায় আর সরাসরি Major ইন্টেক এর এডমিশন শুরু হয় জানুয়ারি/ফেব্রুয়ারি থেকে। ইন্টারন্যশনাল সিট গুলো যোগ্যতা থাকলে আগে আসলে আগে ফিলাপ হয় এমন ব্যবস্থা। তাই এডমিশন শুরু হবার সাথে সাথে আবেদন করাই উত্তম। শুধুমাত্র Hubei University of Technology (Rank 1134) মার্চ মাসে Major Intake নিচ্ছে ২০১৯ থেকে। তাই এই ইউনিভার্সিটিতে এডমিশনের চাপ অনেক বেশি থাকে। এই অউনিভারসিটি ছাড়া কোন ভালো র্যাঙ্কের ইউনিভার্সিটি নেই মার্চ ইন্টেকে মেজরের জন্য।
দ্বিতীয়ত, চায়নাতে HSC তে আপনার কম রেজাল্ট থাকলেও স্করাশিপের সুযোগ আছে কিন্তু সেটা অন্য কোথাও নেই। সেটা আপনাকে এজেন্ট দিয়ে ব্যবস্থা করতে হবে। তবে ব্যচেলরে যদি চায়নায় পড়তে যেতে চান তাহলে পারশিয়াল স্কলারশিপে পড়তে যাওয়াই উত্তম। চায়নাতে ব্যচেলরে স্কলারশিপ নিয়ে অনেক কেই আমরা সমস্যায় পড়তে দেখেছি । তাই ব্যচেলরের স্কলারশিপের ব্যপারে সবকিছু আমরা এখানেই ক্লিয়ার করে দিচ্ছি।
চায়নাতে ব্যচেলরে যেসব স্কলারশিপ আছে তা হল, গভঃ স্কলারশিপ, ফ্রেশম্যান স্কলারশিপ, কন্ডিশনাল স্কলারশিপ, পারশিয়াল স্কলারশিপ।
গভঃ স্কলারশিপে যদি ইংরেজি মাধ্যমে পড়তে যেতে চান তাহলে বাংলাদেশ সরকারের মাধ্যমে আবেদন করতে হবে যেটা Type A নামে পরিচিত। এখানে যারা বিগত বছর চান্স পেয়েছিলেন উনাদের SSC HSC তে Golden 5 ছিল আর IELTS এ 6.5 মিনিমাম ছিল। আপনার এটা না থাকলে আশা বাদ দেয়াই উত্তম। আরেকটা Type B যেখানে সরাসরি চাইনিজ গভঃ এর মাধ্যমে আবেদন করতে হয় যেখানে ব্যচেলর ৫ বছর। প্রথম বছর চাইনিজ শিখে HSK exam দিয়ে 4 পেতে হবে। তাহলে বাকি ৪ বছর চাইনিজ ভার্সনে ব্যচেলরে ফুল স্কলারশিপ নিয়ে পড়াশুনার সুযোগ আছে। HSK 4 point না পেলে স্কলারশিপ হবে না। এর জন্য SSC HSC তে মিনিমাম 9.5 থাকতে ভালো। এটাই একমাত্র স্কলারশিপ যেটা ফুল স্কলারশিপ ৪ বছরের জন্য আর মাসে আপনাকে স্টাইপেন্ড দিবে 2500 RMB. আর কোন স্কলারশিপ ফুল স্কলারশিপ না। আর কোন স্কলারশিপে স্টাইপেন্ড নেই।
এরপর আছে ফ্রেশম্যান স্কলারশিপ। ফ্রেশম্যান স্কলারশিপ হল ১ বছরের জন্য ফুল স্কলারশিপ, মানে প্রথম বছর আপনার Tuition & Hostel Fee লাগছে না। কিন্তু ২য় বছর থেকে প্রতি বছর ইউনিভার্সিটির ফুল বেতন আর হোস্টেল ফী দিয়ে পড়াশুনা করতে হবে যেটা অনেক ! আমরা দেখেছি যে অনেকেই এই ফ্রেশম্যান স্কলারশিপ কে ৪ বছর ফুল স্কলারশিপ বলে মিথ্যা প্রচার করে। এটা থেকে সাবধান থাকবেন। ফ্রেশম্যান স্কলারশিপ হল ১ বছরের জন্য ফুল স্কলারশিপ, মানে প্রথম বছর আপনার Tuition & Hostel Fee লাগছে না। কিন্তু পরের বছর থেকে প্রতি বছর আপনাকে টিউশন হোস্টেল এর জন্য ৩-৪ লাখ টাকা দিয়ে পড়তে হবে।
এরপর আছে কন্ডিশনাল স্কলারশিপ। কন্ডিশনাল স্কলারশিপে অনেক ইউনিভার্সিটি আপনাকে প্রথম বছর Tuition & Hostel Fee ফ্রি দিবে। কিন্তু দ্বিতীয় বছর এই স্কলারশিপ পাওয়ার জন্য আপনাকে ইউনিভার্সিটি এমন একটা কন্ডিশন দিবে যেটা কেউ পূরন করতে না পারলে আপনার স্কলারশিপ বাতিল হয়ে যাবে। তাই কন্ডিশনগুলো ভালো ভাবে জানার জন্য ভালো এজেন্ট অবশ্যই জরুরী। চায়নার ইউনিভার্সিটিগুলো এসব কন্ডিশন সার্কুলারে দেয় না। তাই সঠিক মানুষের থেকে এটা ভেরিফাই না করলে আপনি বিপদে পড়তে পারেন। অনেক ইউনিভার্সিটির কন্ডিশন হালকা থাকে আবার অনেকগুলোর অনেক কঠিন! যেমন, ক্লাসে টপ ২-৫% স্টুডেন্টকে এই স্কলারশিপ দেয়া হয়। ২-৫% বাদে বাকি সবাইকে ২য় বছর থেকে ইউনিভার্সিটির ফুল বেতন আর হোস্টেল ফী দিয়ে পড়াশুনা করতে হবে যেটা অনেক কঠিন। তাই আমরা ফ্রেশম্যান স্কলারশিপ, কন্ডিশনাল স্কলারশিপ এ পড়তে যেতে নিষেধ করি। চায়নাতে ৯০% ইউনিভার্সিটি ফ্রেশম্যান স্কলারশিপ, কন্ডিশনাল স্কলারশিপ দিয়ে থাকে ব্যচেলরে। চায়নাতে ফুল স্কলারশিপে অবশ্যই কন্ডিশন থাকবে। তাই কি ধরনের কন্ডিশন সেটা ভাল ভাবে জেনে নিবেন।
সবার শেষে হল পারশিয়াল স্কলারশিপ। এটা সব থেকে সেইফ। তবে অনেক ইউনিভার্সিটি পারশিয়াল স্কলারশিপেও কন্ডিশন দিচ্ছে। তাই কন্ডিশন ছাড়া পারশিয়াল স্কলারশিপ হল সবথেকে সেইফ। ইউনিভার্সিটি ৪ বছরের জন্য একটা ফী নির্ধারণ করে দেয়। যেমন Tuition & Hostel fee বাবদ বছরে 6200 RMB or 7000 RMB. Actual fee যেখানে 18000 RMB ! আবার, কিছু কিছু ইউনিভার্সিটি আপনাকে প্রথম বছর Tuition & Hostel fee বাবদ 4000RMB pay করতে বলল। এরপর একটা কন্ডিশন থাকবে। সেটা পূরন করতে পারলে ২য় বছর এই স্কলারশিপ থাকবে, নইলে ফুল টাকা দিয়ে পড়তে হবে! সেগুলো কন্ডিশনাল পারশিয়াল।
তাই, ইউনিভার্সিটির স্কলারশিপের ব্যপারে সঠিক তথ্য জেনেই পড়তে যাওয়া উচিত। নইলে পরে পস্তাতে হবে।
এখন আপনি বলতে পারেন যে ভাইয়া তাহলে আমি কি ধরনের স্কলারশিপে পড়তে যাবো ? আমাদের সাজেশন হচ্ছেঃ
- আপনার যদি SSC & HSC তে GPA 5 থাকে তাহলে Full Scholarship এর জন্য চেষ্টা করুন। Full Scholarship এর জন্য অবশ্যই IELTS 6/TOEFL 70 score থাকতে হবে। যদি World Rank 1000 এর মধ্যে ইউনিভার্সিটি পেতে চান তাহলে IELTS করুন। তা না হলে হবে না। আর যদি IELTS না করেন তাহলে 2000-2500 Rank এর ইউনিভার্সিটি পাবেন। Full Scholarship এ আপনি Tuition Hostel Full Free পাবেন। কিন্তু Full Free তে অবশ্যই কন্ডিশন থাকবে। সবচেয়ে Light Condition যে সব ইউনিভার্সিটিতে থাকে যেমন Yangzhou University, Jiagnan University, এখানে ৭৫-৮০% মার্ক রাখতে হয় আর Attendance 85% এর উপর। আবার যেমন Nantong University তে পাস করলেই স্কলারশিপ থাকে যদিও Rank একটু পিছনে, তাই এইসব ইউনিভার্সিটি ভাল হবে। মনে রাখবেন, কন্ডিশন মিট করতে না পারলে পরের বছর বাঁশ খাবেন। স্কলারশিপ বাতিল হয়ে যাবে, পুরো টাকা দিয়ে পড়তে হবে। তবে ইদানিং ইউনিভার্সিটিগুলো ফুল স্কলারশিপ নিয়ে অনেক ঝামেলা করছে। প্রতি বছর নিজেদের ইচ্ছে মত কন্ডিশন পরিবর্তন করছে এবং কঠিন কন্ডিশন দিচ্ছে। তাই ফুল স্কলারশিপ নিয়ে পড়ার যদি ইচ্ছে থাকে তাহলে পরিবারকে বলে রাখবেন সাপোর্ট হিসেবে প্রস্তুত থাকতে ২য় বছর থেকে। কারন ৯০% স্টুডেন্ট ফুল স্কলারশিপ হারিয়ে পরের বছর থেকে পুরো টাকা দিয়ে পড়ছে।
- আপনার যদি SSC & HSC তে GPA 5 না থাকে, যদি GPA 4 এর মধ্যে থাকে HSC তে তাহলে আপনি পারশিয়াল স্কলারশিপ যেতাতে কন্ডিশন নাই বললেই চলে সেই ইউনিভার্সিটি গুলো তে পড়তে যাবেন। যেমন Hubei University of Technology (1134 Rank) হল বেস্ট পারশিয়াল স্কলারশিপের মধ্যে। এমন কিছু ইউনিভার্সিটি আছে। এখানে পাস করলেই হয়। বছরে একটা Fix Tuition Fee দেয়া লাগবে। ঝামেলা কোন, স্কলারশিপ বাতিল হবে না। এসব ইউনিভার্সিটিতে পাস করলেই স্কলারশিপ থাকে, তাই এগুলোকে আমরা Unconditional Partial Scholarship University বলি। চায়নাতে এই ধরনের ইউনিভার্সিটি হাতে গোনা কয়েকটা আছে। র্যাঙ্কের উপরে আছে Hubei University of Technology (1134 Rank), Yunnan University (1040 Rank)। তাই এই ২ টা ইউনিভার্সিটিতে সবাই যেতে চায়। চেষ্টা করবেন এই ধরনের স্কলারশিপ নিয়ে পড়তে যেতে যদি আপনার ফ্যামিলির আর্থিক অবস্থা মোটামুটি হয়। কারন কন্ডিশনাল স্কলারশিপ নিয়ে পড়তে গিয়ে যদি কন্ডিশন ফুলফিল করতে না পেরে স্কলারশিপ হারান এবং পরিবার যদি পুরো টাকা দিয়ে পড়াতে না পারে তাহলে দেশে ফেরা লাগবে।
যাদের HSC রেজাল্ট ৩.৫ অথবা এর নিচে তারা অবশ্যই পারশিয়াল স্কলারশিপে যাবেন যেখানে কন্ডিশন নেই বললেই চলে। যেমন তাদের জন্য Chongqing Jiaotong University বেস্ট। ২৫০০ World Rank ইউনিভার্সিটি, বছরে টিউশন হোস্টেল মিলে ৭৫০০ RMB লাগবে, ঝামেলা নেই।
* মনে রাখবেন - চায়নাতে স্কলারশিপ যেটাই নিয়ে যান না কেন, কম বেশি কন্ডিশন থাকবেই। তবে যে সব ইউনিভার্সিটিতে পাস করলেই স্কলারশিপ থাকে সেগুলোকে আমরা Unconditional Scholarship বলি। তবে কম বেশি সব ইউনিভার্সিটি Attendance এর ব্যপারে সিরিয়াস। ৮৫% এর কম Attendance হলে যে কোন স্কলারশিপ বাতিল হয়ে যেতেই পারে। তাই এই Attendance কে কন্ডিশন ধরি না আমরা। কারন Attendance যদি নাই রাখতে পারেন তাহলে স্কলারশিপ নিয়ে পড়তে যাওয়ার যোগ্যতা থাকা উচিত না। যদি সিরিয়াস কোন কারনে ক্লাস করতে না পারেন সেটা ইউনিভার্সিটি অথোরিটি ভেরিফাই করে ক্ষমা করে দিয়ে থাকে। চায়নাতে স্কলারশিপ বাতিল হয়েই অধিকাংশ ছেলেমেয়েরা বিপদে পড়ে। তাই জেনেশুনে প্রসেস করবেন। কেউ ফুল স্কলারশিপের লোভ দেখালেই ঝাপিয়ে পড়বেন না। তাহলে চায়না গিয়ে আপনিই বিপদে পড়বেন।
সবশেষে, চায়নাতে স্কলারশিপ নিয়ে ইউনিভারসিটিরা কোন ভুল তথ্য দেয় না। যা দেয় সেগুলো আমাদের দেশের এজেন্সগুলোই দেয়। কারন সঠিক তথ্য দিলে আমাদের ছেলে মেয়েরা চায়না যেতে চাইবে না। আর দোষ আমাদের ছেলে মেয়েদের ও আছে। তারা কম খরচে ফুল স্কলারশিপ খুঁজে। HSC তে ৩.৫, ৪.০ পেয়ে চায়নাতে ফুল স্কলারশিপ খুঁজে ব্যচেলর এ, যার জন্য অনেকেই এই সুযোগে মিথ্যা প্রলোভন দেখিয়ে টাকা হাতিয়ে নেয় !! যেই ছেলে বাংলাদেশে ভাল মানের ভার্সিটিগুলতেই চান্স পায় না সেই ছেলে কিভাবে চায়নায় টপ র্যাং ইউনিভার্সিটিতে ফুল স্কলারশিপের আশা করে ?? এটা কি বোকামি না ?? টপ র্যাঙ্ক ইয়নিভারসিটি গুলো যে এই রেজাল্টে কিছু স্কলারশিপ দিয়ে পড়তে দিচ্ছে এটাই তো বেশি !! তাই আপনার রেজাল্ট অনুযায়ী কি ধরনের ইউনিভার্সিটি কি ধরনের স্কলারশিপ নিয়ে পড়তে গেলে আপনার সুবিধা হবে সেটাই SIC গাইডলাইন দিয়ে থাকে। কারন, SIC এর ম্যানেজমেন্টে যারা আছেন তারা সবাই চায়না থেকেই উচ্চতর ডিগ্রি নিয়ে দেশে কর্পোরেট জব করছেন। তাই আশা করি আমাদের এখান থেকে কোন ভুল তথ্য পাবেন না ইন শা আল্লাহ।

1Common Question ! What is the total cost ?
Total cost depends on your University and Scholarship. In general our Service charge is 1000$ for Bachelor. Some cases it'll up to 1500$. For Masters & PhD program, our service charge is 1500$. In general China University Tuition fee starts from 18000 RMB per year and Hostel Fee 3000 RMB per year. If you get scholarship then according to scholarship you need to pay rest of the amount. For example, if you get full free scholarship, you don't need to pay Tuition and Hostel fee. Other charges must be carried. If you get partial scholarship, then you need to pay partial tuition fee. Beside this, every international students need to pay yearly 2000 RMB approximately for Insurance, Visa extension, Registration and others. Before go to China, calculate Air fare and Visa fee of Embassy also. Air fare may be 35000-45000 tk and Embassy fee 5650 tk (Express - 1 day visa) / 3000 tk (Regular - 8 working day)
2Are you working for any other country beside China ?

3Do students need IELTS/GRE/GMAT etc ?
If you have it, that will be your plus point for China. Top rank university of China requires IELTS 5.5 minimum or TOEFL 70.
4Will anyone get part time work permit in China?
No. Part time job is illegal in China.

China doesn't provide PR.
6How to get spouse visa in China?
For that you need to enroll in your university at first. After that you need to apply for spouse visa in International School Council. Then they will issue a letter. With that letter, your spouse need to stand for visa.
7Can you process to All University in China ?
Yes we can process to all university in China. But we only process in top rank university. Beside it is important to check your eligibility rather processing. For example, if you have cgpa 3.5 in Bachelor out of 4 & asking Masters scholarship in Tsinghua university, then it'll not possible. Tsinghua university university requirement is minimum 3.75 cgpa out of 4, IELTS 7, HSK 4. If you don't have this, you shouldn't think about Tsinghua university right ? 9What type of scholarship you can arrange for Bachelor Program in China?

10What is Conditional & Unconditional Scholarship ?
In Bachelor, Some university provide Conditional & some University provides unconditional scholarship. For conditional scholarship, it will be mentioned that you need to get 75% marks in each semester. Otherwise your scholarship will be terminated. And for unconditional scholarship, you just need to carry the pass mark in all major courses.
11What about Masters program scholarship in China?
Two types of Scholarships are available in Masters program.
Type 1 : Tuition free + Hostel Free + Stipend Per Month will vary
Type 2 : CSC (China Scholarship Council) Type B Scholarship : You have to apply with in November 15, every year for next year September intake. Like for September 2019 intake, November 15, 2018 was the deadline. Result will be published in June 2019. Class will start from September 2019. Here You will get Tuition free + Hostel Free + 3000 RMB Stipend Per Month.
Type 1 : Tuition free + Hostel Free + Stipend Per Month will vary
Type 2 : CSC (China Scholarship Council) Type B Scholarship : You have to apply with in November 15, every year for next year September intake. 12What about Diploma in China?
In Diploma, Minimum cgpa required in SSC is 3 for admission. Here students will get full Tuition free, Hostel free for 3 years if he/she has cgpa 4 and age 18. It's unconditional scholarship. Age should be 18 in passport. But going for diploma in China is not a wise decision. Because those who did diploma in China, will suffer for Bachelor admission. If you think that it will be difficult to pass HSC in BD then you can think about diploma in China. Most of the college teaches Chinese Language in Diploma program. Wise decision is, go for Bachelor directly after complete HSC or A level.
13What about PHD Program in China ?

14Can I get the name of University earlier for Masters/PHD program in China ?
No. Because getting scholarship in Masters & PHD is difficult to say earlier. We need to apply in many universities. Now a days, it is very difficult to get scholarship in Masters and PHD if you don't have good academic result.
15Will my scholarship be terminated ?
Yes if you break the rules. Like if you fail in any course without any valid reason, if you don't attend class regularly, if your professor become angry at you then your scholarship can be terminated.
16If someone is not eligible for scholarship, then what he will do ?
He needs to study by his own cost. But if he scores excellent in 1st year, then in 2nd year he can apply for scholarship.
17What is the minimum requirement of elgibility for University Scholarship in China?
SSC - 4.0, HSC - 4.0, Bachelor - 3.0, Masters - 3.0 CGPA. In some cases few university can accept below 60% marks but not less than 55% marks.

According to recent result, For CSC Scholarship : SSC - 5.0, HSC - 5.0, Bachelor - 3.5, Masters - 3.5 CGPA, IELTS 6.5, HSK 4.
19What about MBBS program in China ?
We only process BMDC approved China Govt Medical University. In MBBS, there is no scholarship. You need to carry your own cost. But cost is much lower than BD private medicals.
To get chance in these medical, minimum 3.5 is needed in HSC.
If you have low cgpa, don't be panic. Just try to take admission as early as possible. Because it is important that China Medical University will accept your cgpa or not. There is no relation between low cgpa & BMDC approval.

Obviously !! If you know Chinese Language, you can do part time job though it is illegal. Many students are doing that. Also it will help you to get full time job.
