11st Step : Assessment and Application in University
At first student need to submit 1 set documents of soft copy through email or hard copy for assessment.
After that student need to deposit 50,000 tk for following works:
- All Mark sheet and Certificate Online Attestation
- Notary of all documents including NID and Passport
- DHL cost to send all documents to Bulgaria
- All documents translation and notary in Bulgaria
- University Application Fee
This fee is non refundable as this amount will be spent for your application.
22nd Step : University Interview
Student may need to face interview from University. SIC team will prepare for that. After that, university will issue confirmation paper.
33rd Step : Tuition Fee Payment
Student needs to pay either 1 semester tuition fee or 1 year tuition fee through a bank. It depends on University. After that University will process immigration confirmation papers. If your visa is rejected, you will get refund from University with in 3 months.
44th Step : Visa Application Process
After collection all papers from University, SIC Team will prepare all documents for Visa. Here students need to pay following payments:
Insurance of 1 year: 65,000 tk
This amount is non refundable amount
55th Step : Stand For Visa
For visa submission, SIC team will book an appointment and give visa interview training to student. Students need to go to Vietnam/Indonesia to stand for visa now. For that purpose, student needs to keep budget of 1.2 lac taka for up down air ticket, accommodation, food cost and Embassy fee. If Embassy will open in March in Bangladesh, student don't need to go Vietnam/Indonesia.
Before flying to Vietnam/Indonesia, Student need to deposit a payorder of 70,000 tk in the name of Strategic Innovative Consultancy as service charge. If visa is rejected, SIC will give back the payorder to the student.
66th Step : Visa Success
After visa success, student will come to our office. Our team will prepare all documents, book air ticket and give training for departure.
Note: Air Ticket may vary. It will cost around 1.3 lac taka.

Photo 4 copies in white background (From Lab with JPG copy) - Size: 35/45 Passport Color Scan Copy All Certificates and Transcripts color scan copy English Proficiency Certificate IELTS/SAT/TOEFL/MOI (if any) 2 Professors Recommendation letter from University (Must For Masters & PhD candidates. No need for Bachelor candidates.) Bank Statement (Parents). Need to show 20 lac taka in a statement. Bank Solvency Certificate of same account (Parents). Education CV for Masters & PhD candidates.
8Refund Policy
Before flying to Vietnam/Indonesia, Student need to deposit a payorder of 70,000 tk in the name of Strategic Innovative Consultancy as service charge. If visa is rejected, SIC will give back the payorder to the student.
9Frequently Ask Question! - Total cost, Study Gap and other things..
Q: What is the total cost?
A: Total cost depends on your university tuition fee. For example, If your yearly tuition fee is 2500 Euro, then total cost will be 8lac taka including Air Ticket and Vietnam/Indonesia Journey. If Embassy will open in Bangladesh then it will save 1 lac taka. Then total cost will be 7 lac taka including Dhaka-Bulgaria Air Ticket. If you can pay by 1 semester tuition fee then your total cost will be more than 2 lac taka less. Then, your total cost would be 6 lac taka.
Q: Please help me to choose university.
A: If you have 62% marks in HSC/Bachelor + IELTS 5.5 then you can apply to any university. Check University list above.
If If you have 62% marks in HSC/Bachelor but no IELTS then you can apply in Varna University of Management, University of Ruse and Varna Free University.
If you have less than 62% marks and no IELTS then you can apply in Varna Free University only.
Q: What is the visa success rate in Bulgaria?
A: So far, 100% but it depends on your performance in visa interview, fund and academic profile. If you have less than 55% marks, Europe is not for you. You can try China.
Q: What is the deadline of Application?
A: 28 February, 2025
Q: Study Gap?
A: 10 years study gap is allowed but if you have a huge study gap, you need to apply to check whether the university will accept you or not. In that case, you need to submit solid job experience.
Q: Can I get a direct major in English?
A: All students need to do 1 year Bulgarian Language course. After that, they will enroll in to major subject in English.
